By submitting order online, customer agrees to terms and conditions
- No Minimum Order
- Once payment has been processed, your order is in production. Shipping and ship time can range from 3-10 days up to 10-14 days in peak seasons. Please contact us to inquire of our current ship time if you need your order by a specific date and we will do our best to accommodate if not in peak season.
- Pre-Sale (selling items prior to purchase and receipt) is strongly discouraged as our items are handmade and lead times fluctuate.
- Image use prior to purchase and receipt is strictly prohibited. Upon purchase, you are welcome to use our images for marketing.
Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The prices listed on our website apply to retailers only.
- Once your wholesale account is confirmed/activated, you will see wholesale prices upon log in.
PAYMENT
- We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) through our website.
- We do not offer terms or dated billing.
- Shipping is 15% of your subtotal.
SHIPPING
- We strive to pack orders as streamlined as possible to keep your shipping costs minimal.

We do not drop ship.
- Inkwood Crafters is not responsible for damages or missing items when delivering to a third party or storage facilities.
- Ground shipments are shipped via UPS. Inkwood Crafters is not responsible for missing or stolen packages that UPS tracking shows delivered. We strongly encourage shipping to a commercial address in which specific receiving hours are on file with UPS.
CLAIMS
- We make every effort to insure your order leaves our shop in excellent condition. Report your claim to inkwoodwholesale@gmail.com
- Always unpack cartons upon receipt and examine the contents.
- All claims for shortages or damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within ten days of receipt via email. Your invoice number and photos must be included.

- Claims for shortages and damages reported 30 days past delivered date will not be reviewed.
- Please hold packing materials until disposition is made.
- Shortages or damage/defective items will be replaced or credit issued.
- We may issue a return label to retrieve merchandise at our discretion.
- Inkwood Crafters reserves the right to deny claims they deem excessive and unwarranted.
RETURNS
- Undamaged merchandise that customers may wish to return are reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Request for return must be made within one week of receipt of product.
- Once a return is authorized, items must be shipped within 5 business days of approval and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Merchandise returned for any reason must be in original packaging, unpriced, and otherwise unchanged.
- Seasonal merchandise not returnable
- Shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
- We are unable to accept any returns for items that are indicated as final sale.
- If determined a refused or returned shipment is unwarranted, the account may be permanently closed.
